Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote and build your project: your name, phone number, email address and project address; what you tell us about the work; photographs and measurements taken during a walkthrough; and records of the estimates, proposals, invoices and payments connected to your project.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry, schedule and carry out your project, bill you, and keep the records a licensed builder is required to keep. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by anyone else.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers that make the work possible - our payment processor, our accounting system, our email and text-message providers, and suppliers when an order has to be shipped to your address. Each of them sees only what their part of the job requires. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

Payment information

We never store card or bank account numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and card details go to them directly.

Text messages

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our text message terms for the full SMS disclosure.

How long we keep it

Project records are kept for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require. Marketing enquiries that never became a project are removed on request.

Your choices

This website and our services are not directed to children under 13.
