Remodeling projects start at $5,000. Smaller work is genuinely better served by a handyman, and we will happily point you at one.

- Five thousand dollars. Below that you are better served by a handyman, and we keep a list of people we trust for exactly that — ask and we will pass it on.
- How far do you travel?
- About a hundred miles from Gaylord for remodeling work. Cabinet-only orders ship anywhere in the country.
- Is the price fixed?
- Yes. You get a written fixed-price proposal before anything begins. If the scope changes you approve a change order with its own price before that work starts.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Licensed residential builder in Michigan and insured. The licence number is at the bottom of every page on this site and on every document we send you.
